Refund policy

At Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

As our products consist primarily of consumable items such as dietary supplements, nutrition products, powders, capsules, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been opened, used, consumed, or partially consumed.

  • The tamper-evident seal has been broken.

  • The product has been damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence.

We will accept return requests only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective.

  • An incorrect item has been delivered (wrong product, flavor, variant, size, or quantity).

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

For damaged shipments, missing items, or missing components, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

2. Return Process

Once your return request is received and approved:

  • We will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup, depending on service availability in your location.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, labels, inserts, or documentation received with the order.

  • Returned products must remain in the same condition in which they were delivered.

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product and determine eligibility for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

3. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received and approved.

  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.

For international orders, refund processing may take additional time due to banking procedures, currency conversion processes, and international transaction regulations.

Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

 

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 10 hours of placing the order, or

  • Before the order has been dispatched,

whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, return eligibility will be governed by this policy.

 

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken safety or tamper-evident seals

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Promotional items, free gifts, samples, and complimentary products

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless received damaged or defective

 

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrectly delivered products

Replacement approval will be subject to verification by our customer support team.

 

7. Consumer Rights

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is provided in addition to your rights under applicable Indian laws, including:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (where applicable)

Nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

 

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, cancellations, or return requests in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Excessive return behavior

  • Abuse of promotional offers

  • False or misleading information

  • Suspected misuse of our policies

We may request additional information before approving any claim.
