1. Order Confirmation

Once you successfully place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS confirming that we have received your order request.

Please note that receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs only after the order has been processed and dispatched.


 

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of successful order placement and payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days, which are Monday through Saturday.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak sales periods, promotional campaigns, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


 

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 2 to 6 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional transit time.

  • Delivery estimates exclude Sundays, public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

International Orders

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local regulations, and courier partner availability.

  • Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.


 

4. Shipping Partners & Tracking

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics and courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS

  • Tracking details and tracking link

  • Estimated delivery information (where available)

You may use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.


 

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify shipping charges, free shipping thresholds, or promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.


 

6. International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Import duties

  • Customs duties

  • VAT/GST

  • Local taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.


 

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


 

9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

  • Provide your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable).

Our support team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.


 

10. Returns & Delivery-Related Claims

Returns may be accepted only in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Generally, returns are eligible only when:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item has been delivered
