This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you", "your", "User") and Theandric Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. ("Theandric Nutrition", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). 5. Shipping, Delivery, Title & Risk

5.3 Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
